Non Profit Grant Applications Now Being Accepted by The Women’s Fund of Herkimer and Oneida Counties
Deadline for Applications Tuesday, September 30, 2025
The Women’s Fund of Herkimer and Oneida Counties is accepting requests for funding that will support women and/or girls in Herkimer and Oneida Counties. Those eligible for funding consideration are applicants that are a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency as well as smaller non-profits that may not be required to have audited financials. Grant applications may range up to $20,000 per request. Information and application are available at grants@womensfundhoc.org.
The Women’s Fund supports local community organizations that empower women and inspire girls. The types of grants may include those that support women and girls with academic achievement, economic self-sufficiency, equity and social justice, physical and mental health as well as leadership development.
“We are pleased that we can continue to offer these grant opportunities in Oneida and Herkimer counties,” noted Denise Flihan, chairperson of The Women’s Fund Grants Committee. “Our organization has been giving back to our communities for decades and awarded more than $450,000 in non-profit grants. We are grateful to our donors for supporting our initiatives as we continue to help fund worthy programs for the women and girls in our area.”
