Women Investing in Women Grants

In order to provide funding to women entrepreneurs in Oneida and Herkimer Counties and enable them to grow their businesses, we offer grants of up to $5,000 each.

The annual grant cycle will open each summer with a deadline of September 30.

Applications will be considered from businesses that:

• Are at least 51% woman-owned
• Are based in Oneida County or Herkimer County, New York
• Have been in existence for at least one year with plans to improve/expand

Grant Guidelines

• Only one request will be accepted per business
• Previous winners must wait 12 months to reapply
• The grant request must not exceed $5,000
• Funded project must be complete within 12 months of award
• Applications must be received by September 30.
