The Status of Women committee continues to evolve and seeks to address the most pressing issues for women and girls in our area. This committee is deeply invested in the empowerment of women and to the mission of The Women’s Fund.
IMPACT
The Ann P. Allen Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in memory of our founder, Ann P. Allen, in recognition of her career as a guidance counselor in the Utica City School District. This fund provides scholarships to graduating young women at T.R. Proctor High School in Utica, NY who will be continuing their education.
